Soreness Stikes Again!

Again...so sore! Went running again this morning with my dad, which wasn't that bad, but right after coming to school I had track and feild! OHHH...

Too much excerise!

So sore!!! Went running yesterday morning with my mom for 45 min. and then in the afternoon went for an hour and half long walk with my friend Lily! Oh...my legs are so sore I can't even walk down stairs that have no railings!

March Break

Although I haven't any plans for this March Break, I'm still very excited! I am the kind of person that makes plans up as I go, so I do not know what I shall be doing! My mom said that I need to stay active during the break, so she's asked me to go for runs with her in the mornings. Even though I'm fairly good at cross-country running, I'm nervous for running with her! As well my dad wants me to play Basketball with him over the break, seeing as though he was my basketball coach this year. Besides excersing with my parents, I am stoked for hanging out with my friends. I have a lot of good friends, such as Shanay, Shaelene, Jessica, Teagan, Lily and Rebecca. I think I will have a lot of fun having sleepovers with them! However, I won't get my hopes up, I'll just have to wait for what the future 2 weeks will bring me!
